Luk Dim Boon Kwan (Long Pole) Form, from the Grandmaster Chu Shong Tin lineage of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
In the Chu Shong Ting lineage of Wing Chun we do the form with an emphasis on relaxation, internal structure, opening joints etc. It incorporates the way of moving from the first three empty hand forms (Siu Nim Tao, Chum Kiu, and Biu Jee) combined with additional movements and elements unique to the Long Pole.
