In this quick tip, we’ll learn some easy ways to add depth and complexity to make Emission Textures look like Video Billboards, LED Walls or Illuminated Signs. This is a great way to level up Emission Textures for example, in environment or cyberpunk scenes.
With the Color Layer node in Redshift, we can combine multiple textures, the Tiles node and colors to enhance the look of Emissive Materials. You should be able to use these techniques in other 3D programs or render engines with similar functions to the Color Layer node.
