1941 Dried Whole Eggs war rations

This tin was packed in the USA during WW2 and shipped to the UK by what was called The Atlantic Convoy, under the terms of the Lend/Lease agreement. This tin has managed to survive for 80 years in almost perfect condition, and the time is now right to eat it. The housewifes and cooks of the day couldn’t find anything nice to say about it, and never managed to make anything palatable with it either, but it helped to stop the germans from starving the Brits into submission. Eating it after 80 years is still a pretty bland experience, even with a bit of salt and pepper, and not even a splash of ketchup did much to improve it. However, I can say it was edible and even ok, but not nice.
