Part 2 of a discussion with fellow YouTuber @lenapetrova , where we talk about the security implications of an ungovernable institution. The DoD failed for the 6th time in a row its audit. In fact, it has never passed one. What does this tell us about the Permanent War State of the USA and of its “rule of law“? Well, that laws don’t mean much to the institutions that run the show. Accountability is nothing the warmongers are keen for and even when there are domestic laws, they just don’t comply. Simple. There are good reasons why any private company has to follow strict rules when it comes to money and accounting. Luckily, the US government doesn’t need to care about the rules it makes for its citizens. Lucky government. Would be too bad if the weapons with which the Pentagon floods the globe were actually accounted for and spending could be made transparent.
