Following the success of unmanned aerial vehicles, Turkish company Havelsan has developed and is testing the promising ground robot complex Barkan. BARKAN, announced by HAVELSAN in 2021, is certainly one of the best examples of a tracked unmanned ground vehicle and various systems can be integrated to it. The main objective of the Barkan project was to create a multi-purpose tracked platform capable of operating independently or at the command of an operator, as well as carrying and using various equipment or weapons.
