East Kootenay Drone footage

This video is taken in the East Kootenays in-between Invermere and Fairmont B.C, Canada. This drone video only gives a glimpse of the beauty this place really holds, because I couldn’t get higher up onto the mountains to really capture the beauty the Columbia Valley wetlands has to offer. Lake Windermere has plenty of flora and fauna all around, some of which you can see with the Ariel photography taken. The wetlands surround Lake Windermere, and the Columbia River which runs through it. Columbia lake which is the head waters of the Columbia River in the Rockymountains, Canada, is just on the South side of fairmont B.C and feeds into Lake Windermere. This ecosystem is very important to the East Kootenays.
