Maryam Shakiba - Dancing to Storia

A story to be told. This piece was choreographed to Storia’s track ’A Somewhat Something’, where a beautiful poem is read over an ethereal musical backdrop. It was a joy to interpret the words through dance. Inspired by my training and love of Odissi Indian classical dance, and beautiful music. The track used in this video is also by Storia - Rhythmic Serpent. Both pieces from her album, Dreamlike on a Fading Road.
