Jordanian foreign minister tells Blinken Israel’s ethnic cleansing of northern Gaza ‘has to stop’

Jordan’s Foreign Minister, Ayman Safadi, said Israel’s ethnic cleansing of northern Gaza “has got to stop” during a meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in London. He also urged an end to the aggression in Lebanon, saying the country is “ready to implement 1701“, a resolution which calls for a full cessation of hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah. Blinken responded with a vow to work with “real urgency” for a diplomatic resolution.
