William Haines and Mary Brian from 1926

Short but fun clip from the Silent Blockbuster BROWN OF HARVARD which made fast rising William Haines one of Hollywood’s biggest Stars. MGM’s third highest grossing film of 1926. Tom Brown is a youthful womanizer with a Love Em’ and Leave Em’ demeanor. Until he meets the young Mary Abbott delightfully portrayed by Mary Brian. Note: Apparently, neither MGM or Warner Brothers list this film among it’s present archival holdings. Copyright may have expired and was not renewed.
