1991 Federal E-One Protector pumper walk around

This is a short walk around of my 1991 Federal E-One Protector pumper with 33k miles. It is powered by a 300 series Cummins turbo diesel bolted up to an automatic transmission. The truck was bought new by Millvale VFD 191 and was later sold to Smithton VFD.
