A bunch of years ago I did a long series of videos on muscular failure (now 0RIR), what it was, what it represents and, importantly what happens to bar speed as you approach it. I called out Mike Israetel who was, at the time, putting out nonsensically wrong videos about what 0RIR was. He responded as you’d expect a evidence based fitness professional to, by which I mean like a petulant 5 year old. It was the standard set of personal attacks, character defamation and, what Mike’s best at: 5 years of verbiage dancing around my facts. What he never did was a single hard set to prove me wrong.
