Kabanos
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb pork loin
1/2lb pork belly
1 oz CURING SALT!!!
3/4 oz Sugar
1tsp. Chili powder
2tsp Garlic powder
2tsp Paprika
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Grind the meat 2 TIMES! Mix with spices and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Dehydrate at 150F for 7-8 hours
