Cinnamon Swirl | Home Cooking with Recipe | Day 13 | International Cuisine

Hi everyone, It’s been a while since I posted a baking video, so here we go - Cinnamone Swirl. Ingredients 120 ml / 0.5 cup of Milk 1 egg 5 g / oz of Dry yeast 2 tbsp of Sugar 1/2 tsp of Salt 45 g / 1.6 oz of Butter 300 g / 10.5 oz of Flour For the Cinnamon filling: 4 tbsp of Sugar 2 tsp of grounded Cinnamon Melted butter for greasing the dough To make Starter add sugar and yeast to warm milk and mix. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes. When the dough is ready leave it in a warm place for an hour. Bake in preheat the oven at 180 °C / 356 °F for about 30 minutes. Enjoy :)
