Verbal abuse involves using words to name call, bully, demean, frighten, intimidate, or control another person. This can include overt verbal abuse such as yelling, screaming, or swearing. Such behaviours are attempts to gain power, and the goal is to control and intimidate you into submission. It’s deemed a sad state of affairs when one needs reminding to reflect upon ones actions in order to justify any irrational behaviour that should never have happened in the first place...
