A total body workout. You can perform the workout with a barbell or with dumbbells. You perform each exercise for 20 seconds. After the 20 second there will be a new movement. You have rest after each muscle group.
Please remember that we all are different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.
