MISCHKA AOKI - The Spring Summer 2015 Couture Collection

Mischka Aoki Spring Summer 2015 Collection The 17th century European versions of Cenerentola, and The Glass Slipper, more commonly known as the famous fairy tale Cinderella, inspires the collection for Spring Summer 2015. Intricate three dimensional floral detailing using cutting edge laser cut techniques are new for the season, along with metallic leather fabric and satin fringing. Soft delicate feathers, silk printed graphics and Mischka Aoki’s signature tulle are present once more. Laser cut tassels leaves and Swarovski embellishments are hand woven into a selection of designs. A colour palette of precious gold gives a nod to the royal monarchy, in addition to striking feminine pinks and purples. Soft shades of yellow incorporate the colours of spring summer into the collection.
