Vinyasa Flow Yoga to Twisted Crow or Parsva Bakasana is a class filled with twists and abdominal work to prepare us for the challenge poses. We’ll start with an intention and a warm up followed by sun salutaions to further get all of our blood pumping. When we’re warmer we’ll work on some standing poses.
