Horizontal ridge augmentation using rhBMP-2 for implant placement

A patient presents with need for Implants in mandibular right 1st premolar and 1st molar. The Ridge is narrow with only 2~3 mm of width. Horizontal ridge augmentation was performed using rhBMP-2, CGF, and Sticky bone technique. rhBMP-2 allows increasing osteoinduction in graft material and it can promote rapid new bone formation. Two MagiCore Implants were placed simultaneously. Provisional restorations and final restoration were provided after 8 weeks and 12 weeks.
