This is almost the ending part of the movie “Секретный фарватер“ (The Secret Fairway/The Secret Water Path) made in the USSR. Without the context this fight between 2 guys in underpants looks bizarre and out of place. But actually it’s an interesting action spy movie with sudden plot twists.
