After eviction from Mount-Royal Park on Aug 9 2017 by SPVM, I’m the victim of radiological weapon terrorism at UQAM University cafeteria that has metal chairs and tables. A few days later there’s a historic eclipse in the USA Aug 20 (21) 2017. I filmed on Aug 9 2017 the SPVM, they said my blanket that has the word Eclipse Saga was a tent but in video they say teepee. It was another fabricated fine that was WITHDRAWN in City Court.
