McDonald’s is one of the largest private sector employers in the country, and has one of the UK’s youngest workforces – with three quarters of its employees aged between 16 and 25. Thirty-two of them made allegations of sexual assault, and 78 made allegations of sexual harassment. Allegations of racism and homophobia were also heard.
