Ingredients:
Carrot Juice
3 lbs carrot
3 cups plant milk( I used oat milk)
Vegan condensed milk
*1 tsp vanilla extract
*1 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp allspice
Few dash cinnamon
Grated nutmeg
*** 2 cups water to extra more juice from carrots ( optional)
*** If you blend carrots add adequate water and strain
Potato Salad
8 Yukon gold potatoes
Few heaping spoonfuls vegan mayo
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Few days garlic and onion powder
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup sweet peas
1/4 bell peppers ( us any colors)
1 scallion
1/4 onion
Salt to boil potatoes
Black pepper
Pinch celery seed/ few seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
Few dash onion and garlic powder
Curry Veggie Chunks
1/2 pack Lion Judah brand chunks
Salted Water to boil chunks
Roughly 4 tsp curry powder (betapac)
1/2 tbsp chief ground massala
A piece of Scotch bonnet
