Like, have YOU ever tried to figure out it’s time signatures? It’s like 15 notes long but uses 3/4, 7/8 AND 5/8 if you want to do it without tempo changes! And yes, I double checked it like eight times to make sure this was the only way to think about it sensibly. This game fucked me up. It takes a lot to get me crying, let alone for a game to do so. Even Undertale didn’t get me to cry actually, seriously, legitimately. OneShot did. It was such a magical game, and I believe you’re doing a disservice to yourself if you don’t play it. It’s one of the most beautiful, and fantastic games I’ve ever played. Even if you don’t think you’ll enjoy it, even if you don’t like the meta-narrative, even if you hate when the fourth wall is broken, give this game a play! Behold a new guitar: the Sterling JP60 Stealth. I decided I wanted to pick up a new guitar late last month. I went to my local guitar store, played some of the guitars, and was bouncing between a PRS SE Standard and the JP60. Ultimately I chose the JP60 first for its tone, which I preferred to the PRS, and second because of the satin finish on the neck. I hate gloss necks, so it was an easy choice. I may still pick up a PRS (maybe the Holcomb signature) later down the line, but for now, I’ve got a new guitar that in just the month I’ve had it has been a great addition to my collection! I will say, while I’m happy with this arrangement, I do understand if you don’t think it’s all that great. The decisions I made for this... well, let me put it this way, I needed to do this medley for myself rather than anyone else. I’ve made so many covers that I think other people will like that I never put any thought towards making anything for myself. As a result, all the decisions were made as per what I wanted out of it, and not what I thought people would like. It’s why I ended on eight repeats of Distant. And it’s why I still chose some of the less glamorous songs like Library Stroll. So, with that, I hope you enjoy! Thanks for watching!
