Arctic P14 (+24db) parasitic sounds in vertical(!) positioning on any(!) RPM’s (on video RPM ~550)

On video fans work on ~550RPM. On top in PC case stand the same fans (Arctic P14 PWM PST White/Transparent) in horizontal position on exhaust and have ZERO ANY sounds on the same minimal RPMs! And this sound i can hear on any(!) RPMs from min to max in vertical(!) fans positioning!!!
