Full title reads: “Lifeboat Centenary. Celebrations in Berwick“. Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland. Pan across group of children (some in fancy dress) gathered for the celebrations. Pan across group of dignitaries including Sir Godfrey Baring, Chairman of the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution). Shots of the crowds at the celebrations and fund raising events.
