Revox PR99 MKII tape snapping

When I press play the tape keep snapping near the pinch roller. I am in the process of sorting this out now. Suggestions are welcome. Please note: This deck was completely recapped and is going through a complete restoration with new parts including: Pause circuit board and Oscillator board fron Pievox of Germany. No Electronics adjustments is done so far.
