Although the Eight Longevity Kung Fu is a quiet Kung Fu, it is actually much more difficult than the Vajra Kung Fu. If you can’t grasp the meaning of emptiness and looseness, you can’t relax and use no force, it is actually easier and more direct than standing upright.
Although there are eight postures, in fact each posture can also be regarded as a separate exercise. When you are interested, your body will naturally move, or turn, or fly, or spread your wings, or row a boat, or swim with fish, you can do whatever you want.
