π₯ [Mandu-Guk(Korean Dumpling Soup)] 2servings
- Ingredients : 6 Dumplings, 1 Egg, 1/6 Green onion, 5 cup of Seafood stock
- Soup seasonings : 1/2tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Tuna fish sauce, 1tsp Minced garlic
1. Slice scallion diagonally.
2. Separate egg whites from egg yolks and mix each of them after adding a little bit of salt. Add oil to a heated pan and wipe it off with a paper towel. Make egg garnishes by frying egg yolk and egg white at low heat in order.
3. Pour seafood stock into the pot and when it boils add seasonings and dumplings. Boil them over medium to low heat. After the dumplings are cooked, add scallion and boil for a while. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper at the end.
4. Serve dumpling soup in a bowl and enjoy after decorating it with yellow and white egg garnishes.
(Tip. you can also add crushed grilled seaweed, seasoned beef, and sliced thin scallions if you prefer.)
