10-20-2024 Roswell, New Mexico - Washed Out Roads & Bridges In Flash Flood Emergency

Clips 1-2 - washed out bridge on the south side of Roswell. Overwhelmed road crews have not yet closed this road, even though it is completely impassable. In clip 2, the tire tracks from someone who tried and thought better of crossing the bridge. Clips 3-5 - utility trucks attempt to make their way through debris flows left on city roads. Clips 6-9 - residents of Hagerman, New Mexico check out the water rushing over highway 249 and destroying the bridge over the river, cutting off the town completely from the east.
