POB : This build is top tier all rounder that can do anything in the game. It has 101M dps with flasks, 35 rage and 11 withered stacks that i get from withering step. It doesn’t count Vaal venom Gyre or shotgun effect of whirling blade. So when you namelock a Boss, it can have way more DPS, especially on big hitbox bosses. Cool thing about the build : - Very tanky. - Insane dps on all your screen - Top tier clear speed - Can run all map mod - Can OS any non uber bosses with vaal venom gyre burst with namelock. - Perma Berserk - Can speed run strand in a few seconds with whirling blade. This build can do anything but is S at : - 100% Deli - Legion - The Feared (even 110 quant) - Simulacrum - non Uber Bosses - Maven invitation - ANY kind of mapping that don’t involve quant altars - Uber Cortex - Boss rush since we have 8 attack rate on whirling blade.
