Albuquerque Police Officers Chase Shoplifting Suspect on Horseback

* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Albuquerque, New Mexico — On March 20, 2024, Albuquerque Police Department Horse Mounted Unit was working a Tac Plan in the area of Central and Coors when officers were notified by a nearby Walgreens that a man had just stolen from the business. The man, identified as 30-year-old Mark Chacon, would not comply with officers and took off on foot. The officers while on horseback were able to stop Chacon after he’d run into traffic.
