7th edition of the Kagurazaka Bakeneko Festival held on the 16th of October in Kagurazaka. Bakeneko is Japanese ghost of cat. Kagurazaka has a link to cats. This is the place where Soseki Natsume who is the auther of “Wagahai wa Neko dearu (I am a cat)“ used to live.
