We at Animator Supporters believe that the fastest and most realistic solution is to create an anime studio run by individual producers instead of being bound by outdated customs such as production committees. This will allow us to produce anime by raising funds not only from Japan but from overseas as well. We’ve been creating original anime with ethical budgets this way since last year. We’re currently focused on new hire training, so while we’re not capable of much yet, we’re taking grounded steps toward bettering the lives of workers and the industry. We appreciate your support!
