Russia Side Attacks Kharkiv Region of Ukraine 4 Dead, 28 Injured & 1 Child Lost Their Life in Attack

Four people have died and at least 28 were injured in Kharkiv, Ukraine after Russian strikes hit a residential building. Among the dead are a child that was killed outside the building while playing on a playground.
