Gluten-Free Seed Crackers
1 cup - 45-50g. ground flaxseed (or flaxseed meal)
1 cup chia seeds
1 cup hemp hearts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup oatmeal - I used long-cooked oatmeal grounded in a blender (ensure certified gluten-free if needed)
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ cup filtered water
