Chinese Malatang Stir Fry Recipe | Mala Xiang Guo | Chinese Street Food
Malatang is a popular, spicy, tongue tingling & numbing, Chinese street food, which can in made in 2 versions dry (stir fried) and hot pot.
It can further be prepared as a non vegetarian dish or a vegetarian dish or a veg-nonveg.
When prepared as a dry version dish it is also called Mala Xiang Guo.
The hot pot version which is a gravy/soup type of dish is called Malatang dry or stir fry.
Today we are preparing vegetarian Malatang Stir fry or Mala Xiang Guo.
We are using Malatang sauce packet in this recipe but if you do not have it you can use the spices I have listed in the description box instead. If you do not have a spice or two it will not make much of a difference in taste.
