No title. FRANK SLATER AND ARTHUR RISCOE. Famous artist and comedian get together. Probably filmed at Pathe studios, London. M/S as artist Frank Slater enters with his board. M/S as he approaches comedian Arthur Riscoe who is sat in a chair. He sits down and starts drawing him. There follows a conversation about why he wants to do his portrait, with the comic being self deprecating and saying Slater should draw a cow instead. Riscoe comments that he does a bit of drawing himself, and finds the most difficult thing to draw is a horse in the sweepstake! Slater shows him one portrait which he is pleased with. He draws another and they continue a conversation as he draws. He tells Riscoe he is drawing his nose, the comedian asks if he has enough paper.
