Full title reads: “Tomtopia“. Liverpool, Merseyside. Comedian Tommy Handley visits his mother on his return from America. MS CU Handley, carrying travelling bag, smoking cigar and with a pair of nylons hanging from his pocket, walks along. MS He walks up to where his mother and Pathe’s John Parsons are sitting at a table in the garden, and kisses his mother.
