Angular reciprocation to one way rotation 4

Input: violet pedal performing angular reciprocation. Operator foot presses the pedal down, green spring pushes it up. Spherical 4-bar linkage converts reciprocating motion of violet shaft into one way rotation of orange output vertical shaft. The inertia helps the linkage overcoming dead positions. Turn the output shaft a little if the linkage starts at its dead positions.
