For kickstand Romanian Deadlifts with a rotation, we’re going to take one leg and slide that back so that our heat tow is just behind the opposite heel. With a shoulder width stance, we’re going to perform on Romania deadlift, where we’re really thinking of sending our hips back. But at the same time, we’re going to reach our weight a cross our body aiming that for outside the opposite foot and then squeeze our butt to come back up.
In that bottom position, you should feel a stretch in the hamstring which also going to feel a lot of tension deep in the glutes as that rotation is going to work on mobilizing some of those deep glute and hip rotator muscles that will often allow us to then squat and hinge through more range of motion.
