Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour (300 grams)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3 grams)
1/3 cup hot water (80 milliliters)
1/3 cup cool water (80 milliliters)
This thin bread is perfect as a wrap for any topping.
You can use it as a base for kebab, tortilla, taco, quesadilla, etc.
I use 65 degree hot water
