New BeoRemote One; new problems! Seriously, B&O - sort this out!

Yesterday the Marylebone shop sent two engineers to swap the BeoRemote One that I’d been having serious problems with since 27th January.   It has been incredibly frustrating for me and my family to have suffered the inconvenience of having a remote control that doesn’t work properly since the equipment was installed – especially since the BeoRemote One is a huge selling point for B&O. It has also been deeply disappointing to repeatedly hear the issues blamed on ‘software’ by B&O, only to now find there was a chance that the remote itself was faulty all along.  Far from resolving the issues, however, the new BeoRemote One is already causing a new problem that I had never seen before with the previous remote. This afternoon, the BeoRemote One started to become unresponsive, and the TV got stuck on Blu-ray mode. The only way I could get it to start working again was to turn everything off and start again.
