Love dipping sausage in maple syrup? This one’s created for YOU! FRENCH TOAST ROLL-UPS! INGREDIENTS: 10 slices of bread 10 cooked sausage links 3 large eggs ½ cup milk 3 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon cinnamon Maple syrup, for serving
PREPARATION:
Flatten the bread slices and remove the crusts if you prefer.
Place a sausage link on each flattened bread slice and roll it up.
Mix together the eggs, milk, sugar, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl until smooth.
Heat a greased griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
Dip the sausage roll-ups in the egg mixture.
Cook on the hot griddle until golden brown on all sides.
Serve warm with maple syrup.
