Parisa Arsalani – Osmanlı divanisi

Osmanli divanisi is the name of the Azerbaycanian Minstrel Music played by Parisa Arsalani in Sefieddin-Urmevi Music Congress held in Iran Urmia at 2005. She is one of the youngest musicians of Iran Who studies Vocal in Azerbayjanian Conservatory in Baku as it is forbidden in her own country. That is why it is mere instrumental as minstrelsy has always been accompanied by minstrel’s singing. She earned the best reputation of playing Kopuz (ashik saz) among among the men and women in the Fajr Music Festival held in kerman-Iran 2000.
