Toronto Barbell Chains
Chains allow the athlete to overload the top half of the movement while still doing a full range of motion, by unloading then re-loading as the athlete completes the lift.
Chains can be used on Squats, Bench Presses, Deadlifts, Cleans, Snatches, even Triceps Extensions, to name a few.
