《重陽糕 | Steamed Rice Cakes》
亦稱花糕,是傳統重陽節糕點。用這方法做出來的賣相和口感竟然像奶油蛋糕,香甜軟糯,隔了2天都還是那麼鬆軟好吃!
It is a traditional “Double Ninth Festival“ cake. Using this method turned out to be like butter cake, sweet and soft, and it was still so delicious after 2days!
食材 :
粘米粉 1杯、糯米粉 ½杯、 紅豆沙 200克、鹽 ½茶匙、白糖 ⅓杯、熱水 ⅓杯、乾果及堅果 適量
紅豆沙 :
紅豆 200克、清水 1公升、食油 1湯匙、白糖 75克、麥芽糖/糖漿 1湯匙、鹽 ¼茶匙
Ingredients :
Rice Flour 1cup, Glutinous Rice Flour ½cup, Red Bean Paste 200g, Salt ½tsp, White Sugar ⅓cup, Boiled Water ⅓cup, Dried Fruits & Nuts moderate
Red Bean Paste :
Red Bean 200g, Water 1Liter, Cooking Oil 1tbsp, White Sugar 75g, Maltose/Syrup 1tbsp, Salt ¼tsp
