Лена Могучева и Владимир Шаинский поёт Пропала собака

“The dog was lost“ sung by Lena Mogucheva and Vladimir Shainsky. A famous Soviet song composed by the very person who composed famous tunes from movies such as “Katerok“ and “Chebrashka“. Лена Могучева скончалась 19 августа 1999 года, в возрасте 29 лет, от внезапной болезни. Lena Mogucheva was most famous for her solos for Bolshoi Detskyi Khol, the great children’s choir in the late 1970s. But not much is known about her adult years. During the university years, she showed great interest for other languages and cultures. With her good ears, she quickly picked up the correct intonations. After graduation, she first got a job with Pepsi-cola, then with a tourist agency. She travelled around England, Finland, Italy, Egypt and many other places. Unfortunately, Lena died on 19th August 1999 from a sudden illness.
