Here, this deeply psychological game is transformed into a chamber ballet, created by director Marit Moum Aune and performed by Nils Petter Molvær. Hedda is furious, because disappointment prevails. After a six-month honeymoon in Europe, she has now returned home to settle down with her husband, Jørgen - but nothing has turned out as she had planned. And when her former lover Eilert Løvborg enters the scene, she reacts in a way that proves perilous for everyone - including herself. “I want for once in my life to have the power to shape a human destiny.“ This is the second time that Marit Moum Aune has staged a play by Ibsen, having previously directed and choreographed Ibsen’s Ghosts with Cina Espejord.
