Cat abandoned by owner due to two broken front legs, cries for help to everyone passing by

At first sight of this cat, my heart broke. Its two front legs were both broken, and it cried out to everyone passing by, its voice hoarse and ignored. I thought someone had intentionally harmed it, but after asking around, I learned that the cat’s legs were accidentally broken from a fall.
