Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainees Enjoy a Night of Garba

Participants in the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program offered by Sadhguru Gurukulam recently enjoyed a lively evening of garba as part of the Navratri celebrations at Isha Yoga Center Coimbatore. In addition to 1750 hours of training in Classical Hatha Yoga and a teacher training program, the 21-week program also offers trainees the opportunity to immerse themselves in the consecrated spaces of Isha Yoga Center and explore a rich multicultural experience.
